🙌🏼 🎵 Muy Feliz by Ñejo
One of those tunes that just make you happy. 😊
As I have written many times before, staying fit and healthy is a goal of mine. Not for 2020, it has been since last year and I have been pretty consistent with it – as consistent as I can be. SO it has been about a year, I think since I signed up for my gym and have been working out and all that jazz. Ever since this pandemic situation, going to the gym is not an option and who knows when I’ll be able to be back at it. During these stay-at-home/ working from home weeks, I have been doing the best I can to keep up with the workout routine. Whether I do a video from youtube or find some workout online, both inside out outside of the house. Outside of the house, it’s more fun, I am glad that I have a decent yard that I can swing my kettlebell at, do my special burpees (it’s a regular burpee but jumping forward instead of upwards) and even using the girls’ swings set. But in these conditions, it’s also hard to stay motivated and not fall into a boring rutine. So much so that there are days that I don’t care about doing anything, and this is not acceptable. On top of that, I have been so “focused” om lifting that I forget to listen to my body and I am a little hurt. My lower back has been killing me for the past two months or so.
A while ago someone recommended to me this YouTube channel by Heather Robertson. In her channel, she has a lot of HIT workouts that require no equipment and they are pretty good but then again I feel like I needed a rest from these High-intensity workouts. One time, browsing her channel I found this video. This video I put it in my “Watch-later” folder, it’s a stretching recovery, yoga-inspired workout. This one of the things I, now, suck at – recovery and stretching. And I don’t know what happened, I used to be really good at listening to my body, stretching, taking breaks and taking care of my body. But in the recent year or so, not so much.
Anyhow, today I took a break and did this video and these are my findings.
OMG, I needed this! almost every movement hurt, in a good way, like things were loosing up.
I am very stiff, I am not as flexible as I used to be. I am very tight and didn’t truly realize it until today.
I need to do more of this. I need a break from the high-intensity workouts and kettlebells and, well, I should do Yoga!
My lower back feels much better and I am mentally more relaxed. It felt like a good therapy session.
Now I am going down the rabbit hole looking for a good program or channel but most importantly, that is free (if possible 😅)

Stay the fuck at home!
Astral Chain, just like NIER: Automata, once you thought you have finished the game it laughs at your face and another thing unfolds. Good game though, great story-line with good plot-twists.
Just a reminder to use the bathrooms that are designated for your groups.
This made me laugh a bit. I so want to reply to it.
I am okay, I use the one in the Master Bedroom (😅).
This one is fun. 🕺🏻🕺🏻💃🏻💃🏻
The only thing with this working and staying at home, I have less regard for my personal image, sort of speak. My Puerto Rican-fro it’s on full force and I don’t care (😁). I am probably using the same in-door clothes from Monday (🤣). I think I am showering on regular bases – I think. How’s your staying-at-home going?
IN OTHER NEWS:
I dislike Maluma but this song with Steve Aoki it’s pretty bitchin’

You can do this.
As every year goes, for my birthday, I get a lot, well not like a lot lot but some gift cards and such from different members of my family. This year was not the exception. But, here’s my conundrum. What do I do with all of it (😅)? As we all, I always want things, I’ve got a list of things I want, whether it’s video games, movies or and something from the AppStore. Those things that are in the back of your head “I’ll buy that when I get some extra money or credits, what have you”. So when I finally get some, let’s say credits, to spend I can’t decide what I want to spend them on(😩).
The first thing I usually do is that I go to the Nintendo eShop and look through my wishlist. I have many games in there and I want them all but when “credits” are limited I have to make decisions and those are hard. Not only that there are other games up for pre-order that I know for sure I would want to play. What if I pre-order those instead? I don’t know if I am gonna be able to in a month or two from now when those games are available.
Then there is this one game in particular, Warriors Orochi 4 Ultimate, this game has been in my wishlist since forever. The game at this point it’s two-years-old, I belive, and the digital copy it’s quite spendy still. Here is the thing about this game. I am a huge Musou-game-style fan. My first experience with this genre was with Dynasty Warriors 3 and this game made me fell in love with the Hack and slash/you vs a 1000 people style of game. I have played every single iteration of these games since. Then it was Samurai Warriors, same game but set in Japan and later on came The Warriors Orochi series, which combines both universes into one game. So, WO4 would be technically the 5th game in the Orochi series, and at this point, by combining all the characters in these two series, there is about a hundred and twenty playable characters total. This is one of these games that I know for sure I will play over and over again and yet I hesitate. Should I? Should I not?
“😇 Trails of Mana it’s coming out on the
twentieth twenty-fourth, you should pre-order that instead”.
“😈 But Warriors Orochi, hack and slash bruuuu, mass-murdering!”
With this Pandemic, life has become kind of an continuous DNA extraction experiment. Everything needs to be cleaned and somehow sterilized. Always careful with what you touch and above else, wash your hands!
On Astral Chain
Today I played this section/mission of the game that I am sure all those years of playing Metal Gear Solid prepared me for.
I really, really want this game. Not sure I want to pay 94 USDs for it. Sadly , there’s no release date for the US — yet.
🎥 Watching: Masters of the Universe (1987)
And we just had an earthquake, in Boise Idaho. I never experienced one in my life, not even when I was in Puerto Rico.
So I did some digging with all the chatter today, and apparently #Disney IS considering releasing not just #BlackWidow but also #Mulan straight to streaming. Price points, purchase vs rental, when to #DisneyPlus all still up in the air. Developing..
I’ll take it
And from what I see everyday, most people don’t care and are not taking this seriously. 😔
Not only this has become one of my favorite podcasts but I also love the album they’re talking about. So this episode gets extra points.
