I have been using the activity sharing feature ever since Apple made it a thing. At first just with my wife and maybe a friend or two. In the past year or so I have been adding more and more people, even participated in some competitions (which to I’ve probably lost most of them). I guess the idea to this feature was to keep people motivated. Something like that?
But to be honest lately I don’t find it very motivating at all, if anything it’s a little… shamming? Makes me feel guilty? I have friends that complete a workout every single day. And there are days were I can’t workout for whatever reason and then I see one person completing three or four different workouts on the same day, that doesn’t motivate me whatsoever, it depresses me (😅).
